[IRCA] mid-ocean report 13 Sept--preliminary
Got to concur with Walt....it's 1710UT and still listening to CNR1 on 1593 at
good level, after having been blown away by India on 1566 about 50 minutes
before, not to mention Mongolia-164 100 minutes before that.
A lot of the scientific equipment is shutting down, and the band is quieter, but
still, this seemed to have been a stellar morning. Details have to be delayed
because there's a ton of work to be done today.
