[IRCA] TPs for September 12th - Crummy
Hardly anything to mention for the 12th, but just for the record...monitored
via recordings 1230-1400 UTC:

657 Korea?, weak
693 JJ strong, but late at 1338
738 nothing on the freq until 1324 when 2NR Grafton appeared
747 JJ fair
774 JJ fair
828 JJ fair
972 HLCA, poor to fair
1134 JJ fair with peaks to good
1287 UNID threshold audio
1322 UNID fade-in at 1327, with VERY brief peaks with music and some
(apparently) studio announcer, but unintelligible. Scraps of audio heard
until 1348.
1566 HLAZ poor
1575 VOA Thailand, fair at best
