Yes, NHK2 is again signing off at 1500UT now, at least on weekdays, and HLAZ-1566 can be heard here if one tunes in at 1230UT for the beginning of the Japanese broadcast, with both FEBC and HLAZ IDs. (and VoA-1575 was doing well at the same time with an English introduction to the Lao broadcast then)
