[IRCA] not quite a mid-Pacific TA Alert
There are weak carriers here about 400km south of Honolulu, but nothing even
remotely approaching audio:
so far, 783, 1215, 1224, 1296, 1485, 1566. I suspect that 1017 is Tonga, and
738 is of course Tahiti, because it has some audio.
