Hmmmm. Not my observation completely but close -- but I guess it was relative to the 
fact that I was using a Eton E1 with the whip alone...

My findings...

> 594:  JJ early, and DU at 13:45 both at 7. --at times 8 for me on the E1

621 - solid carrier
639 - something duking it out with 640 KFI

693 - assume JJ bashing at CBC on 690
702 - solid carrier, traces of audio

> 738:  Taiwan at 7 level only at 13:09
> 747:  JJ early at 8 level  --same on E1 and audio on Grundig G3 barefoot
> 756:  7 level DU at 13:44  --same
> 765:  early  --same

I guess I have a much sweeter location that I thought previously....
7th floor balcony on an ocean view 16 story tower almost 200 feet above sea level.
