[IRCA] IRCA - Delayed Publication of the DX Monitor
Hi Everyone,
The publishing and distribution of the IRCA's bulletin, the DX
Monitor, is currently being delayed due to the Chief Editor/
Publishers' family emergency. Steps have been completed to publish
the "soft" SDXM version and it will be available soon. The "hard"
copy, HDXM is in the queue to be published but we do not have a date
for it's completion at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
