[IRCA] TPs for Sept 7: Orcas Island

Inna word: mediocre.

The number of audios was down a bit, the levels were down on the ones 
that made it and dawn enhancement was shorter than usual.

That being said, its mornings like this one when I try to remember 
what a privilege it is to listen to any MW signal that travels clear 
across the Pacific Ocean.

All of the biggest JJ guns were in well, along with a few others of 
the usual suspects at listenable levels, at least briefly.
