Hi, fellas! Quite a morning! I just reviewed the first Perseus SDR file (approximately 12:58 to 13:02) covering the entire spectrum using the W directed corner fed loop a la Conti. It's quite a wonderful compilation of what can be heard so early in the fall season. Quite a lot of really strong audio from the usual stations, and many weaker stations from top to bottom. I count 58 audios, with an equal representation between the top and bottom halfs of the band. Korea seemed to be particularly well represented. The Hokkaido stations were not that well heard, while other Japanese were exceedingly strong! 594, 774, and 828 were booming in, as was 972 HLCA from Korea. 1566 and 1575 both very strong today, and I was able to just hear 1475 Malaysia today for the first time this season. My first Russian of the season on MW with 576 heard in Russian, cochannel other Asian stations. 963 continues to have another CC station dominating over CRI in Russian. In my estimation, !
it's my best morning so far, at least with the Asian stations! Thank goodness for Perseus! ....Walt.
