[IRCA] Arizona TP's 9-3-09
Listened from 1215-1310 ut and the noise level was way down from the last few days and conditions were better. Many carriers on the bottom part of the band and a few on the top.
279 Russia hrd at 1226 ut with music.
1566 HLAZ very poor at 1236 ut first time this year.
