That's weird. Except for the recent KTMS STA neither have made any
changes that would affect how well they get out in a long time. The
reason 1250 gets out so well is like KGO both of their towers are
sitting in a salt marsh. You shouldn't hear 990; they have a huge
null toward you because they have to protect KATD.

Good catch Pete. 990 & 1250 both used to be easy catches on the
coast,
but I have not heard either in a few years.
