Re: [IRCA] Frank FM 97.1 on 1310- Still ???

I've tracked the station for 3 days and haven't been able to pin down
a TOH ID. There are some long fades (up to 15 minutes at a time) and
they always occur at the TOH- of course!

I agree it's probably a new format flip. Hopefully some announcements
or ads will start to appear, if this is permanent. But as most Frank
stations (I assume), most of it is automated- no live body at the mic-
just three songs and a quick Frank-FM liner.

I'm surprised no one else is reporting this. I can't be the only one
hearing it- can I? :)
