[IRCA] testing new CFUN-1410 and CKST-1040 transmitter soon

* Installation work is almost complete on the new CHUM Radio Vancouver
transmitter complex in Delta. Testing and adjustment of the RF systems and
antenna tuning will start next Monday with on-air testing for **CFUN AM 1410

**CKST AM 1040* <http://www.team1040.ca/>* is expected to begin the first
week of September.*
