I use pair.com for both am-dx.com and craighealy.com as well as a number of
others. The entry level hosting is about six dollars a month. Less if it's
paid quarterly or yearly. Their tech support is solid and I can't say as
I've ever had one of the sites down. http://www.pair.com
To upload I use a simple FTP client called Total Commander.
http://www.ghisler.com ; Other FTP clients such as WS FTP would also work
easily.
If you have a domain name for the web site, then it is an easy swap.

any of those other than as a normal customer.
