[IRCA] WEEO-1480 Shippensburg PA, daytime power?

Listening to 1480 WEEO Shippensburg PA with country music at 2207.
Supposed to be 9 watts at night but putting in a very good signal into
Delaware at 116 miles.  On late with day power?
