Re: [IRCA] 640 ethic religous station
According to the schedule on its website, KYUK runs "music from automation" at that time. That could mean just about anything on an Alaskan station, though stuff from India (or something sounding like it) seems like a a bit of a stretch. KGVW has a Christian format but its website doesn't have a schedule, and this doesn't sound like something they'd have on the radio in Belgrade MT. There is or was a Fiji station on 639, but Dennis didn't mention a het, the station isn't currently on the Radio Fiji website, and when last heard it was in Fijian. A mystery to be sure.
Does anyone know the i.f. freq for the E100? If it's 455 kHz, then the station might be an image of KRPI-1550 (1550 - 2x455 = 640). I'm grasping at straws here, but Hindi programming would fit KRPI and it may send a lot of power towards Forks, even though it's about 100 miles away
