[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Monday

738 presumed Tahiti doing relatively well this morning, peaking at 
weak/medium at 1210 utc with two men in a discussion. Eventually faded out 
1225 utc. 648 very poor with unknown talk, 1207 utc. A few other weak MW 
hets, but not for the usual 891 and 1116 DU freqs.
The 1710 Russian has been very poor here lately, very poor audio at best, 
usually just a het.
