MW carriers faded about 15 minutes before sunrise.
180 RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1128 weak with man in Russian.
738 Level 4 carrier.
774 Level 5 carrier.
1098 Level 4 carrier.
1134 Level 3 carrier.
1422 Level 4 carrier.
