Blaine would be inline with the pattern of the NE EWE as I have a phase
on 550-KOAC giving me KARI Blaine, so it could be in that area. However
Walt has said, it is "skip" for him and I would not think Blaine would
be skip, but groundwave. This is a toughie to tie down.
