[IRCA] 1710 music and woman in Russian

Hello,

Finally heard 1710 on the Kiwa loop around 0455 utc. Looped exactly North-South.  Heard a .
rise on the NW ewe and went outside and turned the Kiwa North-South and it was there with 
a fair signal at times. Going to hop in the car with the R30cc and Space magnet mounted on 
the roof with a magnet and head for the country in seach of less noise.  Would take the Kiwa,
but don't have a fuse control lead for the battery.
