I think KMPH uses the former KTRB 860 transmitter site in Modesto. FCC records show that KTRB's transmitter site is south of Livermore and that it has a CP to move the daytime transmitter site to two miles east of Sears Point in Marin County.

KTRB-860 was in Modesto for many years, but they moved to San Francisco
a few years ago and boosted to 50 KW. I believe the new TX site of KTRB
is East of SF. There is a new Modesto station on 840 kHz now.
