279   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1159 very weak with Russian talk.
279   RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1157 weak with woman singing.
774   JAPAN JOUB 1151 fair for a few seconds, then weak and a 4 minute fade out.  Faded 
      back up at 1155 with weak signal.
1566  Level 5 carrier.
1575  Level 4 carrier.
1593  Level 4 carrier.
