Unpleasant News --- Former IRCA Editor-in-Chief and Publisher Ralph Sanserino has been bedridden with lung cancer since October 2008. Ralph’s address is: Ralph Sanserino, 21855 Eucaliptus [sic] Ave, Perris CA 92570.

He will also be remembered as the inventor of the Sanserino Loop, MW antenna. And he published the Hollow State Newsletter, dedicated to, well, non-solid-state equipment. Googling on his name leads to things like this, circa 1991y:
