[IRCA] 1800.5 K7RAT
Walt,
Heard earlier this evening.
Receiving code on 1800.50 kHz. Signal is S-9+20. 1999.50 kHz the signal is S-9+10. 1999.50 kHz sometimes
drops to S-7 briefly. Time listened is 0550-0553 utc.
