[IRCA] TP for 22 Apr from Victoria, BC

1250 to 1300UT listening again this morning...things seemed to have peaked later, or there was a good strong peak earlier.  



pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 

JOAK 594


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):

774 JOUB
1053 mystery 100Hz hum is still at it.
1566 HLAZ, the monster carrier finally delivered this level just before 1300UT


not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

828 JOBB
1575 likely VoA at 1257UT


Burbles in the splatter and noise:

666 seemed //594, so JOBK, bit of a surprise
738 with a SAH, looped towards Tahiti
747 JOIB 
819 DU at 1301, New Zealand? 
1134 unID, may have been two stations?
1242 mx at 1255UT,  JOLF?
1593 seemed //774, and weak NHK2 style pips on hour, so JOTB/JOQB

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

972, 1269
