[IRCA] 1215
1215 has been showing a carrier, sometimes at good level, since 0330UT at least. In fact there's a SAH on it with 3 carriers, assuming the strongest to be Absolute Radio, the others are at 1214.9971 and 1214.9985 kHz give or take a couple tenths of a Hertz. This might deliver audio before the evening is over?? In fact, how about right now at 0409UT....barely there, but there's touches of mx and talk...
Other carriers on 945, 999 and 1251 only.
