[IRCA] TP for 14 Apr from Victoria, BC
A quick ten minutes at the radio this morning starting around 1250UT, and it was
fading fast, with no big signals, but a couple of unusual signals just the same.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
nyet
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):
594 JOAK, maybe something underneath (DU?)
828 JOBB
972 HLCA
1053 100Hz hum; whoever this is has a quality signal; at this rate it'll be the
strongest TP on the band one day
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
774 JOUB
1134 two stations, one could have been S. Korea //972, but hard to get them both
in at the same time
1566 HLAZ (also had weak audio still at 1338UT)
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
567 seemed//594, so JOIK
603 likely HLSA
747 JOIB
1143 unID mx
1206 likely CRI, off channel talk
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
621, 639, 1098, all DU
best wishes,
Nick
