[IRCA] TP for 13 Apr from Victoria, BC
Listened for a few minutes around 1300UT, and threw in the towel pretty quickly. Looked as if the peak is now a little bit before then, so will have to get to the radio a bit earlier. A pretty rapid decline in signal strengths from even a week ago, it seems.
