[IRCA] very limited TA for 9 Apr from Victoria, BC
1215 had a carrier just after 0300UT this evening, then gradually went away, but returned with snippets of audio at 0438UT....faded down again, but it's teetering on the edge of audio still.
Very few other carriers, 1269, 1134 and 882 noted, as well as weak carriers on 189 and 198.
