Listened from 1158-1307 utc.  Conditions continue to improve. 



153      RUSSIA, 1208 fair with Russian News?  Man with "Radio Rossii" ID at 1210. 

180      RUSSIA, 1211 weak, just above noise level. 

189      RUSSIA, 1211 fair with a little more noise than 153. 

234      RUSSIA, 1254 very weak with man in Russian, not heard on first scan earlier. 

279      RUSSIA, 1252 weak, not heard during the first scan, usually the strongest Radio Rossii long wave here. 

558      JAPAN, JOCR 1255 very weak it bits of music getting through. 

594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1256 weak with man in Japanese. 

693      JAPAN, JOAB weak with man in Japanese and with domestic splatter. 

702      UNKOWN, 1258 two carriers about level 5 fluttering against each other. 

774      JAPAN, JOUB pips at 1200 then right into English conversation lessons.  This was a kids session with man singing an "A,B,C" song and children 

             talking throughout lessons.  Fair to good signal with some splatter. 

828      JAPAN, JOBB 1207 weak, assuming same program as above.  Fair at 1215. 

1134      REPUBLIC OF KOREA 1220-1222 did not sound like Japanese with woman/man in Korean?  Fair at times with splatter.  Kind of a regular here lately. 

               Good at 1233. 

1206      CHINA, F/S 1225 weak getting by KEX's IBOC at times.  Korean listed in Pals at this time.  Fair to good at 1231.  Carrier rivels HLAZ 1566. 

1458      UNKNOWN 1301 bits of threshold audio, first time heard at this location. 

1566      REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ huge carrier with the weak audio.   

1575      THAILAND, VOA 1300 weak to fair with man in Asian language. 
6285      DPR OF KOREA, 1000 has not been on the air for the last 3 or 4 days.  I missed part 2 of Kim II-sung visiting the Pyongyang power plant in 1968 

               while the plant was being constructed.
