Well, if the cable or DSL prices go up I know around here, more people
will go back to dial up. I have the one account through MSN and for
$12.95 a month, unlimited, they throw in Web TV for free. Not a bad deal
even with the poor speed.
If I have to live with 28.8, I can. I have for years with Web TV.
