[IRCA] TP for 28 Mar from Victoria, BC

Listened from 1340 to 1405UT this morning, by which time things had pretty much dried up with occasional bursts back to audio on some of the old favorites.

Another erratic morning, mostly the regulars, with a touch of DU in the mix.

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly): 

828 JOBB (may have been DU behind this as 1400 approached, seemed //with what was under 594, but of course 612 had faded down at this point)


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):

 
612 definitely 4QR with DU EE talk about 1350UT
747 JOIB
774 JOUB 
972 HLCA 

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

594 JOAK
954 JOKR likely w/pop mx
1287 JOHR w/JJ talk at 1348
1566 HLAZ at 1356 w/CC program, also a carrier on 1565.9687



Burbles in the splatter and noise:

567 seemed //594, so JOIK?
873 JOGB //828
936 at 1343, could have been CC talk, so Anhui RGD
945 CNR-1 //5030 at 1346
1053 the contemplative 100Hz hum
1134 may have been //972 but hard to tell
1242 JJ inflected talk by man, so JOLF?
1269 traces of male talk; wishful thinking said it was //1287


Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):

864, 1098 DU, 1548 DU (after 1400UT)
