top of 1100 trading places with WWWE and others, with Emergency news on
the flood stage, sandbagging, etc. At 0206 EDT 3/27 "AM Eleven hundred,
The Flag" ID, Fargo phone numbers, etc. New. Thanks to Paul Walker for
