[IRCA] TP for 21 Mar from Victoria, BC
Was up a bit earlier than usual this morning (checked the radio at 1220 and 1250UT), and must say that it seemed generally better than when I stopped by the radio just after 1400UT. Conditions are not stellar...yet.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
none
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:

873 JOGB //828 at 1403UT
972 HLCA likely
1287 JOHR likely w/pop mx at 1302UT
1566 HLAZ at 1304UT
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
153 R. Rossii
189 R. Rossii
279 R. Rossii (all three parallel around 1220UT)
567 JOIK
702 seemed //JOUB, so NHK2 synchros
1053 the mystery 100Hz modulation; it's been speculated on MWoffsets list that this is Chinese, as China has 50Hz AC power, but no real clues yet, and no audio beyond the hum
1575 VoA ??
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
1098DU, 1251, 1323
