[IRCA] TP for 16Mar from Victoria, BC

Yet another "not very exciting" morning.   Listened for a few minutes at 1330
and at 1405UTC.  Only thing unusual was a possible DU on 1035 (New Zealand?)


pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):

594 JOAK at 1334UT; possibly a DU under it, as wasn't heard on North Flag



reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):

774 JOUB
828 JOBB at 1411




not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:

the above on fades down


Burbles in the splatter and noise:

567 JOIK //594 at 1407UT
954 perhaps Japan at 1406UT
972 likely HLCA
1035 at 1408; DU by the loop, and talk had a DU EE inflection
1134 unID at 1406
1566 at 1410 (after pattern change; also heard at this level during the JJ
broadcast; carrier quite strong)
1575 VoA?


Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 648, 1206
