It's interesting that the only carrier I had here last night was at
845.9996. I think my measurement accuracy is about 0.2 Hz or so. I
suspect this was Radio North, but have no way of knowing for sure. I
see from the mwoffsets list that they were at 846.002 about a year
ago, so perhaps they drift around a bit.
