[IRCA] TP for 13/14 Mar from Victoria, BC

The last couple of mornings haven't been that great for TP DX here, though yesterday (13 March), HLAZ was the loudest I've heard it in awhile, and there were some unusual weak audios.  Today was rather more pedestrian.

13 March, listened at 1320, 1345, 1410 and 1430UT; today was at 1340 and from  approximately 1405-1415;

pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):

1566 HLAZ at 1349UT and following 

14 Mar:

reasonable audio  at  times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):

792  mx with Aussie direction

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise: 

13 March:
639 sounded like instrumental island mx; direction finding confirmed likely Fiji at 1411UT

14 Mar:

738 FF talk by woman and direction finding point to Tahiti; unusual to hear audio on this
1566 likely HLAZ w/CC at 1409UT
1575 likely VoA at 1412UT; woman in unID language

954 likely JOKR at 1352

1188 unID; S. Korea heard at Grayland
