[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 3-14-09
Listened from 1310-1350 utc and conditions were a little on the strange side. Only a few weak carriers on the bottom and top part of the band at first but it got better around local sunrise. The best audio was HLAZ-1566 at 1338 utc with some religious music. HLAZ has not been this good in several weeks. A strong carrier on 1575 and at times it was close to audio. The only other audio was from JOUB-774.
