[IRCA] TP for 4 Mar from Victoria, BC
A definite improvement this morning, both in the strength of the old regulars,
and in the re-appearance of some not-so regulars, and even a bit of unID DX.
Listened from 1410 to 1445UT, and ran for the bus...
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):

reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or
noise):

1134 JJ talk likely JOQR, w/apparent Korea under //972 at 1434

1422 JORF w/ JJ talk at 1440UT
1575 likely VoA at 1422UT

Burbles in the splatter and noise:

702 seemed DU per direction 2BL?
963 possibly CRI at 1428; could have been RR inflected talk

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 864,
