[IRCA] TP for 1 Mar from Victoria, BC
Was up in the wee hours of the night (1155UT); interesting how relatively good low band conditions were, though of course, there was less splatter on the big guns when I checked again briefly at 1420UT. The bulk of these signals were heard at the earlier time.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):
594 JOAK
774 JOUB (this was at 1420 rather than earlier)
828 JOBB
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):
972 HLCA
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
279 R. Rossii
648 presumed Russia, but nothing distinctive across hour at 1200UT
693 JOAB //774
747 JOIB
1206 likely CRI off channel at 1420UT.
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
567
738 seemed DU
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 954, 1134, 1287, all Asiatic
best wishes,
Nick
