[IRCA] Ground rods
Mostly when I install copper pipes for ground rods, normally I install
the same amount at the termination pot and for the matching tranformer
ground. I would think that a better ground at the termination pot is
needed more than the matching transformer side? Any thoughts? Of course
my yard in filled with copper pipe these days. Limke with the new NE
EWE, I have two-5 foot copper pipes in at both the termination and the
matching transformer. They are all down in the ground sitting in water
anyway. I may add one or two more at each end as they might be needed in
the Summer when things get drier. The one I added today, I pushed it
halfway down. The ground is really sopping wet here.
I do like the pattern the new NE EWE has though. Like a bit ago,
KARI Blaine WA (550) was dominant over KOAC. KARI puts little power
South, as they protec KOAC Corallis OR. I could get KARI mixing in the
past with a phase, but nothing better. I also still very surprised how
well the dinky EWE works (15X40X15).
