[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 2-17-09
Listened from 1340-1420 utc and like the last few days all audio and carriers were on the bottom part of the band. Weak audio was heard on 594, 747, 774 and 873. Strong carrier on 972 but never did get any audio from it.
