[IRCA] TP for 10 Feb from Victoria, BC
Seemed like a further deterioration from the last couple of days. Listened from 1410 to 1430UT, 1455-1500 and 1535 to 1545UT. There was a definite lift in the upper band in the latter (post-sunrise) period, and lower band signals were stronger in the earlier period.
pretty darn good audio (at least briefly):

828 JOBB at 1419UT
reasonable audio at times during the period (though often battling w/splash or noise):
774 JOUB
972 HLCA 1540UT
1134 S.Korea //972 at 1454
1566 HLAZ 1539UT
not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:
558 two stations at 1425 Korea/Japan?
567 JOIK // 594 at 1424UT
747 JOIB
1422 JORF w/ JJ talk at 1539UT
1503 JOUK //594, light mx at 1542
Burbles in the splatter and noise:
153 and 279, presumably R. Rossii
1386 seemed //774 at 1540, so NHK2
1404 at 1543
1512 at 1543
1575 at 1458
Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter): 1008, 1098DU, 1377
