[IRCA] TP's for 2-10-09
Listened from 1405-1425 utc and conditions were down from yesterday with all audio and carriers on the bottom part of the band.
594 JOAK Japan fair at 1413 with JJ Talk. At times it was stronger than JOUB-774.
774 JOUB Japan very poor with man and woman talking at 1424.
