[IRCA] A/K indices at 0/0
With the A/K indices at zero, one might expect fantastic TA conditions, but that's sure not the case. I can just make out a carrier on 1215....maybe 4 level, but that's about it. Nothing on 1575. Perhaps another day or two of these low indices and we
might just get a repeat of the fantastic conditions of last month......Walt.
