Listened from 1345-1430 utc and all audio and carriers were on the bottom part of the band.
594 JOAK poor at 1415 utc with man in JJ.
648 Russia very poor at 1417 utc with talk.
774 JOUB poor to fair at 1419 utc with JJ talk.
