Listened from 0841-0901 utc.  Have not heard this many TP's this
early before at this location.  Nothing on the upper channels.
Hoping conditons like this 5 hours from now.

153     RUSSIA, fair with man/woman in Russian.
189     RUSSIA, weak with ^ program.
279     RUSSIA, fair with ^ program.
594     JAPAN, JOAK 0849 fair with woman/man in Japanese.
693     JAPAN, JOAB 0850 fair, but with a lot of splatter.
702     JAPAN, JOKD? 0856 weak and // 774
747     JAPAN, JOIB 0859 fair with splatter, phased KXL some.
           received in ECSS mode.
774     JAPAN, JOUB 0842 good with a little splatter.
828     JAPAN, JOBB 0900 fair with man in Japanese.
