Listened from 1355-1430 utc and conditions were down a little from yesterday. All carriers were on the bottom part of the band.
279 Russia hrd at 1423 utc with man and woman talking.
594 Japan JOAK hrd at 1422 utc with talking.
774 Japan JOUB hrd at 1413 utc with talking.
