[IRCA] 1610 Two TIS or HARS stations

Hello,

Hearing two TIS or HAR stations on 1610.  Both have woman 
announcers.  One stations seems like a HAR station and gives
Highway information for highway 95.  Highway 95 is in Idaho.
The other gives TIS information on Highway 17, and the second
largest electric plant in America? And site seeing, driving to the Gorge. 
 Think this could be WPEA526 1610 Othello, WA?  Othello is 
just off highway 17.  

Just put on a NE ewe 20x52x20, it crosses underneath the NW ewe
and is about 2' shorter than the NW ewe.  Have the recorder running.

Any help appreciated.
