Listened from 0717-0751.  The pot adjustment really did the trick,
splatter is really down.  

153      RUSSIA, 0718 weak but steady signal with woman in Russian.
180      RUSSIA, 0724 weak with woman in Russian.  Fair at 0738.
189      RUSSIA, 0730 weak with woman in Russian.
234      RUSSIA, 0729 fair with man in Russian.
279      RUSSIA 0720 very weak.  Fair at 0731.  Good at 0737.
594      JAPAN JOAK 0736 weak with man in Japanese.
567      JAPAN JOIK 1137 weak with man in Japanese.
774      JAPAN, JOUB 0717 weak with bits of audio from woman and not much
            splatter.  Good signal at 0732.
