We taunted this site a few months ago, either here or on Barry's list.  I 
thought it was Mr. Walker who found it (then) and pointed out the bad data 
it had (a station in PA was "local" in ND, or something?)

I thought it was you, because a big deal was made about the error and the 
discovery.
